A brand in need of boldness and a new perspective.

THAT Concept Store needed to refresh themselves from an attitude and approach perspective. When they launched, they were targeting a more youthful, Gen-Z customer but quickly wanted to pivot and open themselves up to understanding the mindset of anyone who was interested in the type of bold fashion they believed in. They wanted to refresh their approach to speak to everyone from a 16-year-old to a 60-year-old, with fashion connecting them all.

We reviewed their brand toolkit and helped them mature their approach to copy, visuals, photography and videography to make them more inclusive to their new audience. We supported with social media campaigns and photoshoots, including the likes of London photographer Petros, creating content for OOH and Digital campaigns to reflect the new tone of voice and personality.
