Middle Eastern luxury retailer, Chalhoub Group’s new-age, experiences-led loyalty programme, MUSE is a client that has been with us since our inception. We were commissioned by the group to name, and create a brand identity that would encapsulate the ambition of the group; supporting its retail network in the UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Being a relatively young loyalty program with an unusual edge of being focussed on experiences and not simply benefits, MUSE has continually had to pivot and reinvent itself at every turn to remain top of mind and relevant to very demanding fashion customers. With our approach of not having a fixed creative team, but putting together the right people for every brief, we have continually supported MUSE across strategy, branding, app development, audience psychographics, go-to-market campaigns, social media content and strategy, photography, brand direction and more.
