Dnata Travel Group were launching a business focussed on capturing the in-destination B2C sales market within the UAE. They came to us with a brief to create a brand identity that would position ‘My City Expert’ as a travel companion for travelers in Dubai and beyond.

We wanted the brand to reflect people’s need to increasingly book “in the moment”, and created a visual style that was energetic and dynamic, like our target audience. The My City Expert Arrow was designed to not only draw out every unmissable destination and experience in the city but also to be the companion and leader that people could follow to discover the city.

Supported by a strong brand and digital strategy, My City Expert launched in Dubai in 2021 becoming an instant way to make the most of the UAE, with as little planning and effort as possible.
